Staffordshire bike show

As you have probably heard there will be a local bike show once again.

The Staffordshire Bike Show hosts an exciting mix of exhibitors and attractions (We will be there with a stand as well). As well as the appearance of Carl Fogarty, which will excite many sportsbike riders, we have a varied array of exhibitors that range from Custom Harley Davidson dealers to Dirt Bike specialists and Speedway stands.

There are many attractions for all of the family and all road users; it may be the start of a life in biking or it may the road to safer riding with the rider development opportunities available. The Staffordshire Bike Show will be the place to go on the 4th July, so head down to Trentham Gardens in Stoke-on-Trent.  Best is admission is free so there is no excuse not to go.

Well, I'll be heading down early doors. if the weather holds I might head off after lunch and go to Buxton Speedway!

Should be a good day, I'll pop over to the stand and say hello!

Re: Staffordshire bike show

maybe. i can't see any reason why we can't.  In theory we could of had a bike on the stand this time, however a couple of months back we were asked how much room we wanted & told that room floorspace was limited so didn't want to be greedy, after all it's not like we needed a big stall

Even so a stall that should of been next to us didn't turn up, so i'm pretty sure if i asked the organiser if we could wheel a bike in we'd have no problem as the stall the other side of the empty space did just that & wheeled in a couple of extra bikes.

Re: Staffordshire bike show

cus i was thinking that if we knew someone with a nice boom trike then im sure that would bring a lot off attention your way. Especially if you charged people a pound to have a picture taken sitting on it with a bikini clad hottie on pillion

nice idea... just 2 problems

1) we'd never get Chris's trike through the doorway if we are in the same marquee

2) we are a childrens charity so i don't think bikini-babes would help our image..

Even so, John was selling retro copies of Back Street heroes but he was also sat checking them for censorship purposes - at least that was his excuse for reading them, but don't worry many of the pages were stuck together so anyone who bought one wouldn't be able to see any women in the nuddy anyway. lol

Re: Staffordshire bike show

I was going to ask how many paddling pools you had left!

I've asked the Guys at Stoke Speedway why they did not turn up, guess what, I have no reply!

this was my "argument" with the main promoter of the club (& the reason why i no longer wish to go & support the club as long as he's in charge), why does he not PROMOTE the club.  This just helps emphasise my point.

Re: Staffordshire bike show

dont worry about the door, its only a tent. Just lift the side up to get it in. Or have an out door stall, a nice big screen with the run on and ye rocky horror sounds good
