Fundraising collection information

Individual fund raising & Sponsorship.

If you are taking part as an individual in the Toy or Egg run, why not ask your work colleagues (or school / college mates) to sponsor you & collect cash donations that way? Then on the day of the run, simply hand your collection in at the merchandise stall at the Kings Hall when you arrive.

You can download sponsorship forms to print out & complete here. If you have more sponsors than you can fit on the form, simply print out more copies of the 2nd page of the file as required.

You can also download & use the same forms if you are holding any charity fundraising event, such as a sponsored walk, sponsored swim, sponsored silence etc & raising funds for our appeal. You can send your completed forms & the money you have raised to the address shown at the bottom of the form, or simply hand it in on any run day at the merchandise stall or on our stand at the Staffordshire bike show.

Workplace or community centre fundraising.

Local businesses & workplaces – even local pubs on occasion – often hold their own collection around Easter collecting Easter eggs & collecting toys at Christmas for the Star Bikers where staff or visitors can drop off donations at a collection point. Representatives then drop off the donations to us on run days or if that is not possible will contact us to arrange picking them up from their workplace a couple of days before the event.

Anyone from anywhere – it doesn’t have to be a workplace, it could simply be your own friends, a neighbourhood community or street – are welcome to act as a collection point to collect Toys & Easter eggs on our behalf

We welcome people who are willing to raise money for the charity with the use of sponsored events or collection tins etc or of course those firms who can raise donations of Toys & Easter Eggs.
